Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

1. How the program works

Approved affiliates receive a personal referral link and may earn a 10% commission on eligible completed bookings that are properly attributed to that link. The program is designed to reward genuine referrals of new or separate client bookings.

2. What the 10% applies to

Commission is calculated from eligible service revenue. Tips, gratuities, card-processing fees, taxes, reimbursements, pass-through expenses, refunds, chargebacks, and other non-commissionable charges are excluded. A referral must remain valid through the service and payment lifecycle before commission becomes payable.

3. Your own bookings do not earn commission

Affiliate commissions are not earned on your own bookings. You do not receive 10% commission on services that you book through your own affiliate account, including appointments you purchase as gifts for someone else. The 10% affiliate rate is not a coupon, client discount, account credit, or reduction in the price of your own booking. Using your referral link for your own booking does not create a payable commission.

4. Saving earnings as ABIE service credit

Eligible unpaid referral earnings may be moved from cash payout status into your ABIE MAE BEAUTY Service Credit bank. Once earnings are converted to service credit, those same dollars are no longer available for a separate cash payout.

Service credit can be used only through the authenticated Book an Appointmentoption in the affiliate portal. The regular public booking form does not know who owns an affiliate credit bank and cannot safely apply that balance.

Available service credit applies automatically up to the eligible service value of the booking. Any unused balance remains in your service-credit bank for a future eligible booking. Example: if you have $100 in service credit and book a $300 ICON service package, $100 is applied and $200 of service principal remains due, plus any applicable fees, gratuity, or processing charge.

5. Gift appointments

Affiliates may use the affiliate Book an Appointment flow for themselves or as a gift. Your account information is prefilled for convenience, but you may replace the contact details with the recipient's information. A gifted appointment purchased from your own affiliate account may use your available service credit, but it still does not earn a new 10% affiliate commission.

6. When commissions become payable

Commissions generally move through pending and service-completion review before becoming payout-eligible. Refunds, disputes, cancellations, duplicate referrals, self-referrals, fraud, or other ineligible activity may delay, deny, reverse, or remove commission.

7. Cash payouts

Cash payouts use the payout method made available in the affiliate portal, including Stripe Connect where enabled. Payout timing may depend on completed payout onboarding, fraud review, service completion, refunds, and payment settlement.

8. Program integrity

Affiliates may not create misleading claims, impersonate ABIE MAE BEAUTY, manipulate tracking, manufacture referrals, or use the program to generate commission on their own purchases. ABIE MAE BEAUTY may suspend, restrict, or close accounts for fraud, abuse, policy violations, or activity that creates material risk to clients or the business.

9. Changes and support

Program rates, eligibility rules, payout methods, and service-credit features may be updated prospectively. Material changes will be reflected in the current program terms. Questions may be sent to hello@abiemaebeauty.com.
